Jacques L. Drouin, President & C.E.O. , ProSep Inc.

Jacques L. Drouin brings over 12 years of experience in corporate finance to ProSep Inc. As a former Vice President and Director at Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance Canada Inc., he has undertaken and managed numerous financing and merger and acquisition transactions for public as well as private companies. Prior to this Mr. Drouin worked as a corporate finance senior consultant at KPMG, and as a Financial Analyst in the investment banking department at Nesbitt Thomson (now BMO Nesbitt Burns). Mr. Drouin holds a B.Com. and a M.Sc., both specialized in finance.

Patrice Daignault, Group Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Patrice Daignault is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in treasury, risk management and operations for a major publicly traded company. ProSep Inc. will benefit from Mr. Daignault's strong accounting background and experience with international companies. Mr. Daignault has an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions and various banking transactions, structured financings and strategic expansions. He is a graduate of the École des Hautes Études Commerciales and was most recently Director of Risk and Treasury with St-Lawrence Cement Group.

Harald Linga, Dr. Ing., VP Product Development ProPure AS

Mr. Linga has been responsible for technology development within ProPure since the start-up in 1999, and has throughout his career established and managed several JIP`s with key operators in the O&G business. He holds a M.Sc. in Technical Physics and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from The Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Mr. Harald Linga brings 24 years experience within research and product development for the oil and gas industry during including his former positions in SINTEF, Christian Michelsen Research and Framo Engineering. His work area has been related to multiphase flow, gas conditioning, mass transfer and separation. His most recent position at ProPure was as Process Studies & Projects Manager.

Kjell-Inge Arnevig, Finance & Administration Manager ProPure Europe and Middle-East

Kjell-Inge Arnevig has over 15 years of management and financial experience in various industries, including Managing Director for a global leading fish farming company. His extensive experience ranges from managing global expansion plans, negotiating transactions and financing arrangements, conducting due diligence and private real-estate investments. Mr Arnevig received a Candidatus Magisterii from the University of Bergen and Bachelor of Management from the Norwegian School of Management.

Matthew Rummer, President ProSep AP & General Manager South East Asia

Matthew Rummer has worked in the upstream process equipment business for over 13 years. Formerly with Kaverner Process Systems, Matthew has many years of experience in design and project management of various process equipment. Prior to joining ProSep AP, Matthew was responsible for Business Development at Kvaerner Process Systems in the Asia Pacific region. Matthew holds a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering.
